ALLEY FOOD MINISTRY, INC. is organized under California’s Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for charitable purposes. We operate as a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit with EIN 86-2036463.

Specific purpose: to provide charitable food relief to the poor and distressed or to the underprivileged.

• No substantial part of our activities involves lobbying or political campaigning.
• Assets are irrevocably dedicated to charitable purposes.
• Upon dissolution, remaining assets go to a similar 501(c)(3).
